How often do you get to hear “Take a deep breath” in a week from your friends, family, and colleagues? If your answer is quite a few many times then you are definitely stressed, anxious, and panicked and you clearly do not know how to relax or distress. Here’s a simple solution to your problems – deep breathing meditation.

Repeating this exercise over and over helps to let the slow relaxing breath permeate into your whole body and release the stress being held gradually.
